Well i need to send some paper work to Mexico and i have a long distance plan to my fax machine. and i was wondering if i can still send a fax to mexico

If the place that you are sending it to has a fax machine, yes you can.

I do not know how many sheets it is, but the other end would need to print it and if you were sending it to me, I would prefer that it come by PDF e-mail, and then I could print what I wanted, rather than you deciding what I want printed.

Call and ask if they have a FAX if it has a separate number, and if you can send it to them.
