Whatever you feel you can afford. If the peso is trading for around 10 to 11 per US Dollar you can afford to tip whatever fits your budget. Use the old rule of:
10% of the bill for O/K service
15% of the bill for good service
20% for outstanding service
You make the call but the waiter or waitress will thank you for your generosity for sure.

Depending on how good the service was, you can tip anywhere from 0 to 20%. If you decide to leave no tip, service should had been really awful and you'll probably had complained to the maitre or manager of the place. Your tip in USD will be greatly appreciated.

If you are pleased with the service 20% would be a good tip.

The very same tip you give in your hometown, or more, since it is a touristic place and that does not mean cheap.
