As in Northern? They are closer to the border. Now a days you see people in Central Mexico dress cowboy. I know my dad's friend's dad who dress like that. Not the light skin just how now they think North, South, and Central Mexico are different but, they are still the same heritage and country. If it was Mexico and Guatemala I can tell why one don't like one another. Now people in NorthSouth Durango dress differently. As well as Central.

If you notice kids now a day as Hispanic North,South,Central they dress the same or different. South is mostly white shirts baggy pants not all some. Now people where as in teens black hoodies converse and or converse or Jordan shoes. The guys will have the hair spiked up and the one ear pierce for Hispanic girls have different ways. One can wear their hair wavy and high heels and or a nice shirt or another Hispanic girl can have jeans and a dark blue/black sweater. Now this I'm talking about Hispanics who are now in America. As for Hispanic down in Mexico I see it as their culture dressing and job ways dressing.
