Take the freeway 5 or 805 south, they will take you to the USA / Mexico Border.
Once you cross the border, look for the "Ensenada Cuota" (Ensenada Paytoll) and get on that road, about 15 miles after the first paytoll you'd be in Rosarito.
If you take the free road, it might be more complicated for you to get there, i dunno the rate at this time, but expect to pay a max of 5 USD for the toll road.
for detailed instructions, check the link ... and ride your bike ... its fun =)

You need to take either the 405 South or the 5 South (They both become the 5 in Irvine anyway) keep driving until you get to San Ysidro. Over there, enter Tijuana, and take the highway to Ensenada, and after thirty minutes you will see the signs for Rosarito.
